Regional interclub events

Walk-in matchpoint pairs events, typically the format most clubs use for their regular sessions.

Matchpoint duplicate pair events that require booking or are otherwise a red or gold point competitive event (the latter may or may not be walk-in sessions).

IMP based pairs event, with a number of rounds and pairs play other similarly ranked pairs, playing the same boards across the field. Similar to Swiss Teams scoring but the average or datum for the field is used as the comparison to your pair's score. Can be walk-in or require pre-booking.

Played in teams of four (or up to six for multi-session events), generally with IMP scoring, and normally requiring booking in advance for organization purposes.

Almost always a walk-in matchpoint pairs session, these events allow for slower play and for reference to flippers and other aids - and sometimes asking questions during the bidding and play. Suitable for those who have recently learnt the game and are not ready for an open walk-in pairs session.

Any lesson or workshop to help players learn the game of bridge.

An event focused on celebration, fun and friendship, which may or may not include bridge.
